Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
